By accessing or using InstantSEO Agent ("Service") operated by InstantSEOSCan ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InstantSEO Agent provides autonomous website SEO analysis, generative engine optimization, answer engine optimization, deterministic rule audits, and approved CMS/Git deployment automation.

3. Human-in-the-Loop & Autonomous Execution

You acknowledge that while the Service autonomously discovers ranking opportunities and drafts recommendations, automatic live execution is disabled by default. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any action deployed to your live websites via WordPress, GitHub, or other connectors.

4. Fair Use & Crawl Limitations

You agree only to crawl and optimize websites that you own or have explicit authorization to audit. You agree not to abuse or bypass rate limits, quotas, or cloud infrastructure safeguards.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall InstantSEO Agent be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site changes or search engine ranking fluctuations.
